Step 1: Pick an Interactive Social Story or follow our Scope and Sequence.

How to use Interactive Social Stories

Step 2: Start reading the story with your student or students!

Step 3: During a part of the social story, the student will pick a solution to the problem the character is facing in the story

Step 4: The solution the student picks will take them to an unexpected option or an expected option, and they can try again!

Pro tip! Through out the story, discuss with your student and talk about why they picked a certain outcome and why that may or may not be an expected solution.

Each story is followed by guided questions and a list of the SEL Standards that are covered in the Interactive Social Story.
